Formerly my feet would hurt while working, now they don't. These work. I tend to walk on the ball of my foot rather than my heel, I imagine they're designed for normal people who walk on their heels but they work well for me. If you're thinking about getting these, get them, they'll help.

A few years back, I did a 30K and ended up with a bone bruise on the bottom of my foot. A podiatrist verified this with an x-ray and sold me a $300+ pair of custom orthotics that did NOT work and caused new pains in my achilles, and both my feet got blisters all over them in the arches and on top of the foot from just walking in them... They were too wide to fit in any shoe I could find. She ended up selling me another pair of orthotics that were over-the-counter which also did not work. My marathon attempt was ruined, because it was simply too painful by mile 8.

The next year, I started having the same pains on the bottom of my foot as I hit the higher mileage in training (18 miles). I went to a different podiatrist, who told me to try these. He sold them out of his office, and they really worked. I was able to finish my first marathon, and I'm grateful to him. This year I noticed the pain coming back. I'd been trying the trend of wearing super-lightweight shoes, and stopped using my powerstep orthotics. I was doing OK until I did a 30K recently, and then that slightest bruised feeling on the bottom of my foot came back. Right away, I went out and ordered another pair of these. I'm resting from running, but have begun walking in these, and will resume training once the pain is completely gone. So far so good.

This Viton O-ring is black in color, round in shape, has a durometer (hardness) of 75A, and is designed for use in a wide variety of sealing applications.

Viton has excellent heat, fuel, and chemical resistance. Viton is acceptable for temperature applications between -15 degrees F (-26 degrees C) to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C). It is compatible for use with non-flammable hydraulic fuels, silicone oil, chlorinated hydrocarbons (trichlorethylene), fuels, aromatic hydrocarbons (benzene) and aliphatic hydrocarbons (propane), as well as high vacuum environments, ozone, and weathering. Viton is vulnerable to low molecular organic acids, ammonia gas, alkalis, amines, glycol-based brake fluids, and super-heated steam.

This Viton O-ring has a shore durometer of 75A. Shore durometer is the hardness of a material, and its resistance to permanent indentation. A higher durometer value indicates greater resistance to indentation on a scale of 0 to 100, with 100 indicating no indentation.

O-rings commonly provide a pressure and fluid seal between cylindrically shaped, overlapping mating surfaces and are commonly seen in engines, faucets, flanges, valves and various cylinders. They are circular in shape, with a round cross section and a hole in the center, similar to a doughnut. O-rings are available in various sizes, and can be ordered based on required nominal inside diameter (ID), outer diameter (OD), and cross-sectional (CS) diameter.

This Viton O-ring meets standards defined by Aerospace Standard AS568A, which is the Aerospace Size Standard for O-rings.

I ordered 1 lb. of 100% Jamaican coffee beans and they are not even close to being Jamaican. The taste is bitter and the aftertaste is also bitter. People do know what an excellent cup of coffee tastes like. These beans were probably bought at a local grocery store and transferred to one saying "100% Jamaican". Nice try. I will never buy from you again. But then you don't care, you already took me for $39.99.

I purchased a Griffin Survivor case for my IPhone about six months ago. It is definitely industructable! However, as someone else commented the flap for the camera lense got in the way...so I cut it off, problem solved. Also, I was getting hazy or cloudy looking photos due to the fact that the flash was refecting off the hard white inner case. The solution to that problem was to use a black Sharpie Marker and color the opening for the camera and flash black. Problem solved, no more cloudy flash photos. Otherwise this is a great product. I have noticed that the new cases have a black inner hard case, so that was the technical fix by Griffin.

I was using an otterbox defender on my Iphone 4, but it cracked around the charging port after a few months. I purchased this as a replacement and love it! It feels sturdier than the otterbox, but with less bulk. All the port covers are well designed and easier to use.
